3.1. Right of Withdrawal
Under Decree-Law No. 24/2014, consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the product(s), without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, the user must:

  2. Return the product(s) in their original condition, with intact packaging and labels, to the address provided by us.

Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer unless the products are defective or there was an error in shipping.

In accordance with Decree-Law No. 67/2003, all purchased products are covered by a two-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects. If the product is defective, the consumer may request:

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

5.1. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are fixed and displayed before the completion of the purchase. For orders over €75, shipping is free; for orders below this amount, a fixed cost of €5.50 will be charged.

5.2. Delivery Time
The delivery times for mainland Portugal are 2-3 business days.

Important Note: Shipping is not available to the following islands: Madeira, Porto Santo, Azores, São Miguel, Santa Maria, Terceira, Pico, Faial, São Jorge, Graciosa, Flores, and Corvo.

Delays may occur due to external factors, such as weather conditions or exceptional situations beyond our control.
