Size Guide

At Triplemelon we know that it can be difficult to know what your size is when you buy online. Therefore, so that you can choose the size that perfectly fits your needs, within each product you will find a description of the model's measurements and the size of the garment in the photo. Additionally, in the 'Product Details' section you will find information about the style of the garment.

If this option is not available for the item you are interested in, please consult our Size Guide, which you will also find available on the product page.

Payment Methods

What methods of payment do we accept?

In order to facilitate your purchasing process, at TRIPLEMELON we accept the following forms of payment: credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna.

You can rest assured, all our transactions are secure and encrypted.

How can I request an invoice for my order?

If you need a purchase invoice, please contact our customer service through the form located on the contact page or through our email info@triplemelon.com with the subject 'Request invoice'. Leave us your information and the order number, and we will send the invoice to your email.

Shipping

Triplemelon Shipping Methods

We have two shipping options in Spain (mainland):

Standard Shipping: your order will be delivered to your home in 48-72 hours (working days).

Express Shipping: Your order will be delivered to your home within 24-48 hours on business days.

If you are not at home, the courier will make a second attempt on the following working day. If you are also not at home, your order will be left at the nearest collection point of your choice so that you can pick it up at a time that suits you best during the following 10 days. During the Black Friday and Christmas periods, where a single delivery attempt will be made, you will be notified of the collection point address by text message or email. You can change the collection method of your order via the GLS website.

What is the price of shipping costs and delivery time?

Standard Shipping is delivered within 48-72 business hours. Express Shipping will be delivered within 24-48 hours on business days.

Shipping costs are free for orders over €67*. Free shipping takes 48 to 72 hours to complete. For orders equal to or less than €67, Standard Shipping costs 4.50 €, while Express Shipping costs 4.95 €.

*Not applicable to shipping to the Balearic Islands.

Shipping to the Balearic Islands

Shipments to the Balearic Islands will be delivered within 48 to 72 business hours (Standard Shipping) or 24-48 hours (Express Shipping)*. Shipping costs are free for orders over 78 €. For orders equal to or less than that amount, Standard Shipping costs 6.50 €, while Express Shipping costs 8.95 €.

*Shipments to the Balearic Islands may require an additional day for delivery during business days.

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Can I modify or cancel my order once I have placed it?

Unfortunately, once you have placed your order, it will no longer be possible to modify or cancel it. In some cases, you can make modifications or cancel it through the Customer Service department by phone or email (Subject: URGENT MODIFICATION ORDER XXX), as long as the product has not been processed.

Please note that shipments leave our facilities at 1:00 pm. Once the order has left our facilities, it will no longer be possible to make changes. In this case, in order to cancel or modify your order, you must wait for it to arrive and start the return process.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We currently ship to Spain, Germany, France and Portugal.

How can I locate my order during shipping?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link provided by our courier agency. Simply click on the link and you will be able to follow the progress of your package in real time. Depending on the country you are ordering from, you can enter your tracking number in:

I have not received my order, what should I do?

You can check the status of your order in real time on the GLS parcel agency website:

You can also check the status of your order in your account. If you are not registered as a customer at www.triplemelon.com , please check your email, including the spam folder, in case we have sent you any updates about your order. If after the delivery period you have not received your order, please contact our customer service department by email ( info@triplemelon.com ) indicating your name and surname, order number, date on which the order was placed, and we will respond as soon as possible.

What should I do if I have not received the confirmation email after placing the order?

Remember to check your junk and spam folders, as sometimes our messages can be found there. If you cannot find your order confirmation, please contact us at info@triplemelon.com and we will be happy to resolve any issues.

To avoid inconveniences on future occasions, we suggest you add our email to your safe senders list. Also, make sure the email address used to place your orders is correct.

Returns and refunds

Deadline to make a return

You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to make a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and retain all tags.

How can I make an exchange for another size or a different product?

If you need a different size or would like to purchase another item, please return and place a new order.

How long does it take for a return refund to arrive in my bank account?

Once the returned item has been received at our facilities, inspected and approved for return, we will send you an email with the approval of your refund. You will receive the corresponding amount in the bank account from which you made the purchase within 5 business days.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

If you receive a defective item, take photos as soon as you receive the order and send them to info@triplemelon.com with a brief description of the problem. Our customer service team will find out what could have happened and give you a solution quickly.

Return Costs

TRIPLEMELON will not be responsible for return costs.

In the case of returns within the Peninsula, a charge of 4.50 € will be applied, while returns from the Balearic Islands will incur a charge
6.50 €. These return costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded for the returned item.

Promotions and codes

Buy with a promotional or discount code

The application of the discount of a promotional code will only be valid if the following aspects are met:

  • It is essential to be registered on our website: www.triplemelon.com .
  • The coupon will only be applicable once the minimum amount stated in the coupon, if any, is reached. It will not be applied in conjunction with other discounts or promotions, with the exception of some ambassador promotional codes that can be accumulated with existing discounts on our website (conditions established by Triplemelon).
  • Discount coupons will be valid only during the specified campaign period, including both days. Those without an express expiration date will lose their validity after one year from the date of issue.
  • Promotional codes can only be redeemed in our online store.
  • Promotions are not cumulative and are limited to a single use per user.
  • In the event of a full return of an order that includes a gift, the customer must also return the gift or its value will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
  • The discount is distributed proportionally between each item. If an item is returned, the pro rata portion paid for that item is refunded; The entire item will not be refunded and the remaining discount will be applied to the preserved garments.
  • If the entire order is returned, the associated discount will be lost.

You can find exclusive discounts on our website at different times. The availability and terms of these offers may be modified by Triplemelon without prior notice.

What materials do you use to produce the clothes?

At Triplemelon we are faithfully committed to sustainability. Therefore, we use organic and/or recycled materials whenever possible for the production of our garments.

What does it mean that you are a sustainable brand?

At Triplemelon, we maintain a commitment to sustainability, respect for the environment and social rights throughout our production chain, guaranteeing optimal working conditions for those who are involved in some way with us. We work with suppliers certified by GOTS, OEKO-TEX or GRS, among others, ensuring the quality of our garments, the use of organic or recycled materials when possible, and decent working conditions. In addition, we offer sustainable shipping options that minimize CO2 emissions and we carry out solidarity and voluntary campaigns.

Where do you produce the clothes?

At Triplemelon we demand the highest quality in the production of our garments and accessories, always from a sustainable perspective and committed to the environment. We carefully select suppliers who comply with our strict quality standards and possess the most rigorous sustainability certifications. Currently, our production takes place in Spain, Portugal, Turkey, Bangladesh and China.
